Nor al-Hasan Maliki fick feber och kunde knappt röra sig. Familjen blev orolig och ringde ambulans. Sjukvårdarna menade vid två tillfällen att tillståndet inte var akut. När Nor till sist kom till sjukhus hade han sepsis och var nära att få sin högerarm amputerad.
– Sådant här borde inte kunna hända, säger Nors storebror Mohamed al-Maliki.
