En 81-årig man i Ljusdal med misstänkt höftfraktur fick vänta på ambulans i en och en halv timme sittandes utomhus utan skor i minusgrader.

Det framgår av en avvikelserapport från ambulanspersonal i Gävleborg.

Väntetiden ska ha berott på ett närstående skiftbyte och att man ville undvika övertid för personalen.
