Både en patient och en sjukvårdare fick uppsöka vård efter en singelolycka med en ambulans natten mot tisdagen.

Olyckan skedde på riksväg 63 utanför Filipstad nära Dammshöjden.

– Det verkar vara en ambulans som åkt av vägen och in i ett träd, säger polisens vakthavande befäl Jens auf der heide.

Enligt polisen ska ambulansen ha varit på väg tillbaka till sjukhuset efter en uttryckning.

Patienten i ambulansen fördes till sjukhus och enligt polisen ska även en ur ambulanspersonalen fått uppsöka vård med oklara skador.
