Ambulanspersonal kunde inte SOS inom rimlig tid och en patient fick därför vänta i flera minuter.Nu rapporteras avvikelsen.

Det var tidigt på morgonen för drygt en vecka sedan som ambulanspersonal vid Region Örebro län inte kunde nå SOS. Enligt avvikelserapporten kunde ambulanspersonal som jobbade natt inte komma fram till SOS inom rimlig tid. Det ledde bland annat till att en patient fick vänta i tio minuter innan svar. Händelsen är nu rapporterad som en avvikelse.
